VTU Exams Postponed, After protests by students, VTU has decided to postpone ‘even’ semester exams which were to be held in the 1st week of June 2017. The protest has forced the university to postpone the exams for the even semester until the revaluation results of the odd semester will be announced. Finally, the VTU has to accept the student’s request.

The late in the announcement of the result made the students frustrated. The results which came 4 months late created all the mess. The students got less time to apply for revaluation and even without getting revaluation results the exam dates were finalized. The vtu has officially announced that the revaluation results will be announced on June 2.

The Vice-Chancellor Karisidappa said the revaluation results of the seventh and eighth semester would be announced on June 2, while the revaluation for the remaining semester would be announced by June 11.

The final year B.E. examination, which was scheduled to start on June 5, has been postponed.

The final year B.E exams will start from June 12.

Lower semester exam will start from June 23. All exams including UG and PG, theory, project, viva-voce, practical will be completed by July 31. Detailed exam time-table will be announced on June 3, said a press note from the university.
